What is Planking?
Pictures are all over Facebook of people Planking. I really don't know what it's all about. I know what you do.. You take a picture of yourself anywhere, laying down face first. But what is it for?? I must admit, I want to take some planking pictures, BUT WHO STARTED IT, AND WHY!! can someone please tell me? I'm sure people in the future are going to look back at these photos and be as confused as I am. So weird.. but lets go planking!!
