Wow, What a year!

This year has gone by so fast, I can't believe it.
I feel like I've grown up a lot this year, and I think you can see it in this book.

A year may seem like a long time when you think about it… but really, it’s not that long.
It's kinda crazy how much can happen in just one year... you're life can change in so many ways.

I feel like I have grown up so much just this past year, and don’t get me wrong, I still have loads of growing up to do...we all do. I don’t know if it’s because I graduated this year, and now it’s time to be an adult, or if time just does that to you. So much can happen to your life in just one year. Believe I know.

Who knows, maybe this could be your last year. I think the most important thing I’ve learn while writing this blog is just to have fun and enjoy life. Because life will pass you by in just awhile, and it may be sooner then you know.

I remember how tiring it would be to write a post everyday for one year. Half way through I wanted to quit like no other. But I followed through with it, and I’m so happy I did. To be honest… I wish I could keep going, and add another year or two. I know I’m going to miss it.

We need to learn to dance through life, and don't let the stress in.

We should enjoy every second we have here on this earth. Enjoy it with your family and friends. Put a smile on, make others happy, and I promises you will be happy too.

I’ve learned that laughter is the best medicine.
Laugh as much as you breathe, and love as long as you live.

Make each day a memory that can last a life time.

Everyone thought I was crazy or weird for writing a post every day. They said it was a waste of time. But I see it as memories that will be with me forever, memories never to be wasted. To be frank, they were wasting their own time.

Some many things can happen in just one year… you can make new friends, loose friends, and loose loved ones. Everyone has trials in their life that they need to deal with everyday.
Life’s not about waiting for the storm to pass; it’s about dancing in the rain.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

I’m so happy that I will be able to print this blog into a blog book, so that I can look at it years from now, and my kids can read it, and there kids…. and many after that.

I've looked at all the post I've made this year... all 365 of them. I found some that I remember like it was yesterday, and I found some that I totally forgot about! All I can think about it is... what if I didn't write about those memories that day, they would be lost forever. I'm so happy I did. :)

In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.

Thanks for following me through my senior year. It's been way fun, and I can't believe the year is over. It went by so fast. I hope this blog was as exciting to you as it was to me. I can't wait for what this next year will bring, and what my future holds. Remember to live life to the fullest, count your many blessings, laugh until your sides begin to hurt, put a smile on, and love one another.
Thanks again.

Day 365, LAST DAY OF THE BLOG!!

I can't beleve today is the last day of the blog! That year went by so fast!!
In celebration of the last day, Sarah and I went to the pond for the last time. Sarah's brothers Mike and Jack tagged along.

When we got there, we were some what sad.. because the started draining the water for the winter... Or something.. We don't know what they were actually doing, but all we know is that the water was really low, and the river was blocked off so no water was coming in. luckily, it was still deep enough to jump off the dock.

Look how low. Even the ducks don't know what to do.

Last time jumping of the dock this year..

Here I go!

I was to afraid to go off the swing since the water was so low, but it didn't stop Mike!

That's a LONG drop!

Sarah tried it too..

Instead of swimming, we built a dam. For some reason, I love to build dams.

Nice day for a mud bath..

Oh Jack, playing in the mud.

After we played at the pond one last time, we went and saw the movie Thor.. again.
Today was really fun, and it was a great way to end the blog!
WOOT 365 DAYS!!!
What a year it has been!!

Day 364, At the Zoo with Cameron!

Today Cameron, Sara and I went to the Zoo in Salt Lake. This summer the zoo did something different to the park. They put dinosaurs all over the park. Cameron loves Dinosaurs, so I've been dying to go with him, and we finaly went today.

He was scared of most of them. Poor kid. But the cool thing is he knows all their names.. thanks to the TV show Dinisaur train. I don't even know the names like he does... all I know is T-Rex.

Sara took a picture with me and the Elephants.. I love them :)

This was my favorite one. It's life size too. It made a really loud sound... for some reason Cameron wasn't that scared of this one. But he didn't want to take a picture next to it. I can understand why.

Adult and todler Gorillas

This is the only Dino he felt well enough to touch. I wanted to take a picture of him sitting on the neck of the Dino so it looked like he was riding it, but this is all he could do.. HAHA.. he is so cute.

I love this picture of us on the train!
This was the real Dinisaur train. He loved it!

Silly Robby..

Halloween costume?? HAHA..
Silly Cameron

Today was so much fun. I love to hang with my nephew Cameron. He is my best bud!

Day 363, RUN ROBBY RUN!!

In my English class last year, we had to make a 5 year letter to our selves. In that letter we had to make goals that we want to reach by that time. To be honest the only goal I can remember putting on there is.. "Run in some type of a race".. So I've been thinking. Why not give it a try. How much damage can one 5K do to you right? What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. So I thought... I should give running a try now. It's on of my biggest regrets in life to not be able to run well. I mean, I'm 18 years old for Pete sake, I should be running everywhere! But it's hard. But I'm going to train, and my goal is to run a 5K on this up coming Thanksgiving. I hope it works out. I bet once I start running, and it gets easier for me, I might actually like it... who knows, maybe I will even do a marathon one day..... HAHAHA...

Day 362, To audition or not to audition..that is the question.

Auditions for A Christmas Carol are next month. I don't know if I'm going to audition or not. I mean I want to be in the show, but I get so nervous at auditions. The director was in Annie with me last spring, and I know here pretty well. She has told me to audition, so that is a good sign. It would be an awesome musical to be in. But I don't know what song I would sing to audition, and finding a piano player to help you practice is hard work!!
You know what, I'm going to do it. I WILL audition, and I will have fun doing it. If I don't make it, the it's there loss, and if I do make it, it will make my Christmas season that much better.
I'M GOING TO TO IT!
.....wish me luck.....

Day 361, Favorite things of Summer.

This summer flew by fast, and I can't believe it almost over. School starts on Monday... well not for me. But it still is a sign that Summer is over. I can't believe how fast it went. Summer is the hardest season to say goodbye to for me. Here are some of my favorite things of this summer, and things I will miss...

I'm so happy that I got to travel to a new city this Summer. Chicago was an awesome city, and I can't wait to go back and explore there again. Also Nauvoo was awesome too! I wonder if next summer I will travel to a new city.

I am happy that I got to go to Disneyland this summer after 3 years of waiting. It was so much fun, and it made my summer complete. I just love it there, and hope I get to go again next year.

I think the thing I will miss most about summer is Farmington pond, and the rope swing. I love this pond. This summer would not have been the same without it. I'm going to miss going over there on a hot summers day, and jumping off the dock into the nice cold water, and swinging into the water from the swing. I had so much fun there with so many friends this summer. I probably swam more this summer then all my other summers combined... heck, I lost 10 pounds because of all the swimming. I'm going to miss it. At least I know that the pond will still be there next summer for me to enjoy :)

I hate to say goodbye to summer, but I guess there isn't any other choice.
Goodbye Summer, I will miss you. You were one of the best summers of my life!!

Day 360, Time to change my life.

My mom and sister in law have been on this "Weight Watchers" diet for a few weeks now, and have lost a few pounds. They've been wanting me to join, but I have always turned it down, because I don't do well with diets. I mean I loose some weight, but then it gets harder to loose more so I get frustrated and eventually give up. But I thought, you know what, I'm graduated now, I'm starting new.. why not loose some weight before college. So I'm going to try it.
I start on Monday, and I'm excited. It actually is most likely going to be really easy for me. Since you get to count your points and everything. My sister in law Sara says that If you don't go past your points they give you, you will loose weight every week.
So I hope it works, I hope to loose around 85 to 100 pounds.

Day 359, Every time we say goodbye, I die a little...

Today we left Disneyland to go back home to Utah. I wish we could have stayed longer. Disneyland is truly the happiest place on earth. It's my dream to work there one day, and maybe I will. I can't wait until I can go again in the future. Maybe next time, my entire family can go.... like the good old days.
Goodbye Disneyland, see you soon!!

Day 358, Downtown Disney with family!

Today, my Aunt and Uncle are came to spend the day with us, and while they were driving to our hotel, my mom and I swam to while wating...

It was our only time to swim, and we had to get some swimming time in some how. This was our only chance, and it worked out great.

We had the pool to our selves... well for a minute. Some teenageres from Germany came and started doing canon balls, and started splashing us..

Don't they look alike?

Every time my family and I go to California, we call up my dads sister. Her and her husband live in California with their 2 kids. We don't get to see them very often, so we always hang out with them when ever we are down there. We usually spend the evening with them at Downtown Disney, but this time, we sent the entire day there with them, and it was a blast! They are so much fun to be around!

We ate dinner together at this wonderful pizza restaurant in Downtown Disney. We got 2 very large pizzas, and talked while we ate. There is a lot of catching up to do, since we don't see each other that often. I've go to say, I think my Aunt Sherry and Uncle Rich have got to be the coolest people ever! I mean, my Uncle helps produce movies... like legit Hollywood movies. His latest one was SALT. I want to be an extra in one of his movies one day, that would be awesome! They are such easy people to get along with, and I love to hang out with them and their kids! I miss them already!

Their kids are Olivia and R.J. They are so funny and fun to be around. Olivia LOVES Build a Bear, and says that she has about 31 bears that she has collected over the years. We got one tonight while we were there. She named her bear after my Mom.  Her brother, R.J. LOVES Lego's, he is happy all the time, and always fun to be around! I wish I could see my cousins more often!

After dinner and some shopping, we danced in the street to some music before the fireworks. Boy R.J. has the moves! He was break dancing all over the place. The funniest part was, he almost kicked this litter girl in the face, and didn't even know about it!!!

I wish we could have played with my Aunt and Uncle another day, but we are leaving tomorrow. I can't wait to go back, and spend more time with them soon. Maybe next time the will come to the Disneyland park with us. That would be loads of fun!
I don't want to leave tomorrow! :(
