Day 129, Goodbye Christmas....

Here are some of the things I will miss about the Holiday season...

Christmas Lights...

One of my most favorite things to do at Christmas time is to go look at Christmas lights. I turn on the Christmas music, and drive around the city looking at everybodys houses, and there lights. I love it! I think that everyone should have there houses lit up all year round!

Christmas music....

I love Christmas music. I start listening to it very early! I always have the car radio blasting Christmas music. It really gets me in the Christmas mood, and I never get tired of it. I love how the radio stations start playing it on the first week of November..... Sometimes.... I play Christmas music in the summer....

Chocolate Oranges...

Every Christmas,  "Santa" would put chocolate oranges in our stockings! This year, every time I would go to the store, I would grab one. Now I'm addicted. I don't understand why they can't sell these all year round... why does it have to be a Christmas thing? I JUST LOVE THEM!!

Egg Nog...

Nothing says Christmas like a nice cold glass of Egg Nog! It is just so good, and every time I drink it, I just think of Christmas! This is another thing that makes Christmas what it is... It wouldn't be the same without it! At least they start selling Egg Nog in the middle of September....

The Christmas tree....

I love the Christmas tree! I love having it in the house, and I wish we could always have it up! It makes me so sad to take down the tree, cause it means that Christmas is over.... I love to sit by the tree and watch Christmas movies! Plus, my family gets a real tree, so it smells so good!

Goodbye Christmas!
I already miss you!!

Day 127, IT'S A GIRL!!

Today, my Brother Scott and his wife Sara found out what the gender of there baby is.. IT'S A GIRL!! We are so excited and happy! They are thinking about naming her Alivia, but call her Ali for short....
....... Want to know something cool?.........
The day before my Grandma died this past summer, Sara asked her if .. "When she gets up there, will she send Ali down to her"... and my Grandma nodded.. Sara got pregnant at the last part summer, and now she found out it's a girl... it's Ali... I think that is really really cool.
We all can't wait to see and meet Ali! Now we just need to wait, her due date is June 8th.

Cute!

Day 125, CHRISTMAS!!

Today is FINALLY Christmas!! I can't believe it's here! Today, I woke up at 7am to get ready to open presents. It turned out to be a pretty good Christmas.. the only thing that would have made it better, is if there was snow!

Cameron loved Christmas! It was so cute...
He would open one gift, and play with it FOR EVER!! He would be so busy playing with one toy, that he didn't want to open anymore.

Here are somethings I got for Christmas...

Day 124, CHRISTMAS EVE AT TEMPLE SQUARE!!

Today is CHRISTMAS EVE!! It's finally HERE, and I can't believe it! There is no snow what so ever, and it really makes me sad that it won't be a white Christmas. But it will still be a good one! So tonight, after a great turkey dinner (Which I made), We went down to Temple Square to look at all the lights. They were so beautiful, and I'm so happy we have such an amazing temple like that so close to our home. It really makes me happy. After that, my parents and I went on our little Christmas Eve. drive, and looked at Christmas lights around the city. Now..... we just have to wait until morning to open our GIFTS!!!

Cameron got to open one present tonight, and he got this pillow... he loved it!

Day 121, My best friend's wedding...

Today my best friend Kaily got married in the Salt Lake City Temple. Kaily has been such a good friend of mine for many many years. She is my friend, but I see her more as a big sister. The big sister that I've never had, the best sister a kid could ask for. I'm so happy she found her perfect guy, and I know that he will love and look out for her for the rest of their lives together. I hope they have many years of joy as they start a family, and grow old together. CONGRATS KAILY VANDENHAZEL BEAL!!...... wow that's weird... :P

Them coming out of the Temple, happily married!

Day 120, Christmas decor. around the Talbot house!

I'm going to show you some of the decorations that we've had in the house around Christmas for a long time.

The Santas
I'm not really sure where we got all our Santas, but this isn't even all of them. We have tons! It's really cool to look at all the different ones.

The mistletoe....

This M&M despencer, has been in the family even before I was born! I hope it never breaks, because I love it! It wouldn't be Christmas without it.

Stuff on along the window...

My Mom loves to collect Salt and Pepper shakers, since Salt and Pepper start with "S" and "P", and Steve and Penny (my parents names) starts with "S" and "P" also. These are the Christmas Salt and Pepper shakers.
