Day 353, Lava Hot springs!

Sarah and her family drive up to Idaho every years, and go to Lava Hot Springs. This year Sarah invited me to go with her and her family.

I have never been up to Lava Hot Springs, and I didn't know it was this cool!

This is the pool we went to first. It has water slides, and 3 plat forms to jump off of.

The first plat form was 16 feet, the 2nd was 26 feet, and the 3rd was 32 feet. (I think those were the numbers I could be wrong by a few feet)

I am SO SCARED OF HEIGHTS... but I still wanted to give it a try.

This was Sarah and I before we went off the plat forms.

I watched Sarah go first... so scary!

Then she dragged me up there!

We talked about how high it was... I was SO SCARED!

Then I was almost ready!

But I really couldn't do it! It was so high up there, and I just wouldn't jump. I was really upset with myself, but I was to scared.

So I just did the normal diving board...

So I watched as everyone else jumped off the plat forms...

This is everyone waiting on the top plat form ready to jump. THEY ARE SO CRAZY!! 32 feet?

There goes Alyssa and Shaun..

I think that next time I go to Lava Hot Springs I'm going to force myself to jump. ONE DAY I WILL JUMP OFF THAT PLAT FORM!! If it's the last thing I do!

After the pool, we went to the river to float down. This was my favorite part! The river was so warm because it had hot springs on the side that went into the river.

Thanks Sarah for inviting me to Lava Hot Springs! It was so much fun...even though it was way disappointing that I didn't jump off the plat form (She was mad)... I had so much fun, and I can't wait to go again!


ALSO...
It was my little niece's Birthday today! I can't believe she is already 6 years old! It seems like yesterday that she was born! Wow, time goes by fast!
I love you Lauren so so much!
